    Balance is Best

    I take care of my body by eating right, exercising, and getting enough sleep. I balance my time between school, sports, extracurricular activities, family, and friends. I am always learnin how to become a better person. I learn in lots of ways, not just at school.

    I stay balanced by:

    • Taking time to rest

    • Using mindfulness techniques

    • Thinking about how my mind and body are feeling

    • I take time to help others and ask for help in return

    • I spend my time doing things that I enjoy

    • I take care of myself
