A representative from Buffalo State will be assisting families and students in filling out the 2026-27 FAFSA form.
Colleges and career schools use the FAFSA form to determine how much financial aid you’re eligible to receive, which could include grants, scholarships, work-study funds and loans.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Who Should Attend:
Any high school senior who is planning on attending college in the upcoming 2026-27 school year; along with their parent/guardian (both if possible)
How to Prepare:
At least 2 weeks prior to the financial aid night the student and both parents/guardians need to create their own FSA ID at: studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch
What to Bring:
- Notebook
- Laptop/Chromebook
- Social Security Number
- Income and Asset Information
